Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a major provider of healthcare services across Australia, including allied health, primary care, recruitment, NDIS, care services, and training.
In December ****, we began providing health, mental health, and wellbeing services across the onshore Immigration Detention network. Our team of nurses, general practitioners, and allied health professionals offer a range of healthcare services, including health assessments, chronic disease management, health promotion, wound management, immunizations, and other primary health interventions. HCA also launched a 24 / 7 Virtual Care Centre (VCC), offering remote healthcare through telehealth and video consultations to enhance onsite care for detainees.
Join us in bringing a new approach to medical and wellbeing care for detainees by :
Provide administrative and business systems support for the overall day to day operations of the health centre.
Support the health care team with scheduling and coordination of appointments, room bookings and maintenance of relevant databases, including but not limited to the electronic health record system.
Be accountable for the accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements and work collaboratively with team members to achieve positive outcomes.
To support the orientation and induction of new staff, including oversight of accommodation and travel needs.
Casual role based near the airport – Free onsite parking available.
Let's talk about you
This opportunity is ideal for someone with prior experience in a similar administrative role and a background in customer service. The successful candidate should have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience using database applications being highly desirable.
Qualification in Business Administration is desirable.
