We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (Stockroom Specialist) for our Blacktown Concept Store on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager with:
* Supporting daily stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service to enhance customer experience
* Providing feedback on resources needed to meet stockroom operational goals and maintain a premium stockroom model
* Representing the adidas brand and values in an inspiring way
* Ensuring compliance with global retail operations, policies, and standards, and proposing ideas to improve the store experience
* Driving store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
* Providing outstanding customer service while achieving commercial objectives
Preferred Experience:
* Retail team leadership in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
* Stockroom procedures
