Remuneration: $66,608.03 - $68,817.27 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

Responsibilities
* Be a part of a dedicated Women's & Newborn Health service focused on continuity of care.
* Work within a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.
* Engage with a diverse community of patients, families and healthcare professionals.
* Contribute to innovative maternity services that support women beyond hospital discharge.
* Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.
* Providing reception services, responding to telephone and face‐to‐face enquiries from patients, staff and visitors.
* Coordinating appointments, maintaining patient records and supporting reporting requirements across maternity services.
* Assisting midwives with administrative processes, scheduling and data management activities.
* Liaising with internal departments and external services to ensure timely access to records, interpreters and information.
* Supporting operational activities including stock management, office equipment coordination and general administrative duties.

Selection Criteria
* High level customer service skills.
* Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
* Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
* Proven ability to work in stressful situations maintaining confidentiality, showing adaptability and flexibility with a willingness to learn new tasks supporting a range of services/specialties.
* Competent in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Office, iPM, Cerner, Oracle.
* Current valid NSW Drivers Licence.
