Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
* Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate requirements into functional and intuitive mobile applications
* Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices, including component reusability and state management
* Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues in the application
* Integrate third-party APIs and libraries, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience
* Perform thorough testing of mobile applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and debugging across various devices and platforms
* Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project standards
Qualifications:
* Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
* Advanced technical knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, React.js and TypeScript
* Strong grasp of OO/functional design, refactoring and similar techniques to create modular, testable and maintainable solutions
* Understanding of service-oriented architecture and RESTful web services
* Sound knowledge of defensive coding practices to address common security vulnerabilities
* Understanding of working in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban
* Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
* Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and test automation
