The Emergency Department at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for an Administration Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
Provide and maintain a highly responsive and effective administrative support and customer service function to the 24-hour Emergency Department Reception. Contribute to patient flow by performing a support role to nursing and medical staff in the department.
About the Team
The Emergency Department (ED) is a level 4 (Clinical Services & Capabilities Framework). The ED provides 24-hour, 365-day service for the reception, assessment, treatment, observation, admission and discharge of adults and children with urgent and non-urgent illnesses.
