The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience by consistently meeting distribution and dispatch KPIs through the safe, efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of manufactured and wholesaled goods.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to
* Safety leadership of the warehouse, production areas, yard, carpark & adjacent areas.
* Leadership of warehouse operations including on-time & accurate receipting, dispatch, shipping & invoicing of all items.
* Improvement of pick-flow and pick efficiency to improve customer experience.
* Responsible for all inbound & outbound delivery movements.
* Partner with the stock controller to execute cycle counts, stock adjustments and stocktake.
* Manage all supplier returns and lead the process for futile deliveries.
* Forklift license and operation is essential.
* Lead communication with delivery providers.
YOUR BACKGROUND
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems for warehousing, dispatch, manufacturing and sales.
* Knowledge and experience with sales & distribution within a B2B or B2B business & preferably both.
* Experience leading operational process improvement with order picking, packing and dispatch functions.
* Willingness to learn new skills, especially digital capability with a desire to become and advanced user of our ERP.
* Experience with busy, high volume and on demand picking environment.
* Good Teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences to convey complex data and information.
* Flexibility to work 7.6 hours ranging between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm on a Monday to Friday roster.
* Obsessed with working safely and keeping other safe at all times.
