We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse -
Care Partner to join our supportive team in a full time capacity.

Role: Enrolled Nurse - Care Partner
(Marryatville | Full-Time)
As a Enrolled Nurse - Care Partner, you will:
Provide personalised, high-quality support to clients in their
homes.
Work collaboratively within a close-knit team in a fast-paced
environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and
colleagues.
Maintain accurate client notes and documentation using
Microsoft systems and internal software.
About You
You are someone who thrives in a team setting but can also work
independently with minimal supervision.
You'll bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
An outgoing and approachable personality with strong
communication skills.
The ability to adapt quickly and stay organised in a dynamic
work environment.
A genuine passion for supporting older people to live well at
home.

Essential Requirements
Current driver's licence (minimum P2).
NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance.
Diploma of Nursing qualifications or higher.
