This role involves sales forecasting, establishing stock policies, and maximizing business revenue and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and support the S&OP process by collaborating with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure effective demand planning and forecasting.Maintain an 18-month forecast, including baseline and event-driven demand, using statistical models and data analysis.Monitor and analyze sales trends and demand drivers, validate input, and adjust forecasts accordingly.Align sell-through forecasts with market intelligence and customer inputs.Support supply chain in delivering accurate stock levels and communicate constraints and priorities.Lead regular demand meetings and S&OP reviews, ensuring cross-team alignment.Manage NPD forecasts by incorporating launch plans and related factors.Enhance forecast accuracy, tools, and processes to meet performance targets.Collaborate with stakeholders to refine forecasts and align with business plans.Provide insights to finance and commercial teams, highlighting risks and opportunities.Skills & QualificationsTertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Finance, or related Business field.Minimum 4+ years in supply chain planning, preferably in beauty or FMCG sectors, with global and omni-channel experience.Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with NetSuite and PowerBI; familiarity with forecasting tools.Ability to manage forecasting tools, ensure data quality, and handle large SKU portfolios.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data presentation skills.Proven stakeholder management abilities, including with senior management.Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.Independent, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.Experience with mass-market retailers and complex supply chains in manufacturing and retail.Benefits & PerksAt DBG Health, we offer a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and impact, including:Competitive salary and STIP programExclusive discounts on health, wellness, and beauty productsFree membership to 28 by Sam Wood12 weeks paid parental leaveA supportive, values-driven cultureAutonomous work environmentConvenient location near public transport, cafes, and restaurantsCareer development opportunities across divisionsDBG Health is committed to an inclusive workplace and encourages applications from all backgrounds.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustries: Retail, Health, and Personal Care Products
