Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Practice Officer. In this position, you will contribute to the delivery of critical mental health services by providing high-quality customer service and reception support to clients and stakeholders.
As a Practice Officer, your responsibilities will include managing administrative requirements of referrals, group programs, and workshops. You will also be the first point of escalation for external provider and client enquiries, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Additionally, you will support onboarding and induction processes for new staff and contractors, assisting in financial and office management, including processing invoices, arranging travel, and managing IT or property needs.
Maintaining data integrity and contributing to quality assurance, compliance, and audit processes is also a key aspect of this role. You will build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
