Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work as a Support Worker in our Bunbury location.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support and care to customers in their daily lives.
* Assist customers with personal care activities, including bowel care and epilepsy management.
* Participate in swimming activities with customers, promoting physical health and well-being.
* Work collaboratively with customers to develop and implement personalized support plans.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, fostering a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements:
* Cert 3 Individual Support (CHC33015/33021) qualification.
* Ability to work overnight shifts.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
