The Successful Applicant
A successful People and Culture Lead should have:

* Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Strong understanding of Australian workplace legislation and compliance requirements.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
* Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
