Speech Pathologist Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is open to both experienced clinicians and recent graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans for a diverse client population (children, adults, or both).
* Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
* Prepare and maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical notes and reports.
* Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.
* Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the positive and supportive culture of the practice.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and actively seek opportunities for growth.
* Manage a sustainable caseload with dedicated non-clinical time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
* Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership.
* A genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to providing high-quality client care.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
