**finance** looking to bring on a Vendor Management Specialist Boasting a portfolio supporting both Australian and New Zealand consumers, businesses and governments to maximize their salaries through service packages and management.
**About the role**:
The Vendor Management Specialist / Procurement Specialist plays a vital role within the Product Operations Team and other divisions in the company. Main components of this role include managing day to day relationships and business activities with external stakeholders and customers and assisting with management and reporting if claims.
- Liaising with product, customer service and sales teams to increase collaboration and team improvement
- Monitor supplier agreements for renewal and renegotiations
- Assist in insurance policy alignment with our client
- Delivering enhance customer engagement and increase revenue
- Supporting Product Managers
- Maintain working relationships with stakeholders
- Identify areas of improvement of processes and procedures
**About you**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Operations
- High degree in computer literacy
- Data driven - able to recognize trends and grasp concepts
- Ability to negotiate with external stakeholders and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fleet experience/automotive exposure is highly beneficial
