What You'll Do
* Lead, motivate and train your team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including rostering, stock control and cash handling
* Drive sales performance and achieve operational KPIs
* Maintain Red Rooster's high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety
* Manage budgets, cost of goods and labour targets
* Handle customer feedback and ensure a great dining experience
* Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health & safety standards

What You'll Bring
* Minimum 2–3 years' management experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurants
* Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to manage teams and meet business goals
* Sound knowledge of food safety and WHS requirements
* Hospitality Management qualification (Cert IV or higher) desirable
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
* A positive, hands-on attitude and genuine passion for great service
