About your next role
Are you an experienced administrative professional or superstar EA?
We're looking for a highly organised, confident professional who thrives in a dynamic environment supporting senior leaders and the board.
As the Board and Legal Practice Coordinator you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of board and legal functions within the Office of the CEO as part of the Legal & Corporate Governance team.
This National Office Sydney-based position ensures administrative processes run seamlessly by managing complex logistics, coordinating board documentation and fostering trusted relationships with Directors and stakeholders.
With a focus on accuracy and proactive support the role contributes meaningfully to a high-performing governance team.
What you'll do
Coordinate logistics for Board and Committee meetings, site visits and events.
Manage calendars and travel for multiple Board members and the legal team.
Support onboarding of new Directors including probity and compliance documentation.
Review and prepare Board papers for accuracy and compliance.
Drive process improvements across legal and governance operations.
Build strong relationships with non-employee stakeholders (Board members).
Provide executive support to the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.

What you'll need
Experience (2 years) as a seasoned EA or governance coordinator with experience supporting senior leaders or Boards.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator who builds trust and influence.
A self-starter who reads the room, anticipates challenges and acts decisively to support success.
Comfortable working with legal documentation and governance processes.
Preferable to have experience using the Diligent platform.
