Process Operator
We are currently seeking a skilled Wet Plant Process Operator to join our team at the Mount Marion Lithium Processing Plant. The successful candidate will have experience operating in a wet plant environment and possess excellent communication skills.
About the Opportunity
This is a full-time position that involves rotating day and night shifts, with the option to fly in and out of Perth. The role offers on-site training and opportunities for career growth and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating all plant sections, including grinding, flotation, LIMS/WHIMS separation, thickening, filtration, control room, concentrate load-out, and tailings disposal.
* Monitor and optimize operations by maintaining high housekeeping standards and conducting daily inspections.
* Complete tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership Team.
* Ensure compliance with all Company and Site Rules and Regulations.
* Participate in hazard identification, assessment, and control.
Requirements
* Demonstrated safety commitment.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomes.
* Ability to work within a team environment to achieve desired results.
* Flexible and versatile attitude.
* Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and bobcats (desirable).
* Experience in lithium, gold or copper processing operations.
Tickets & Licenses Required:
* Australian Driver's License (HR license desirable).
* Construction Induction Card.
* Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable).
* Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).
* Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
