Who We're Looking For
We're seeking:
* Experienced landscape Team Leaders who motivate and lead crews.
* Skilled Tradespeople with strong hands-on capabilities.
* People who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something bigger.
Requirements:
* White Card, Silica, Asbestos, and valid driver's license (essential)
* Valid C class (car) driver's licence required
* Proven experience in landscape construction (or strong desire to grow your skills)
* Skilled in paving, retaining walls, irrigation, decking, planting, and more
* Leadership or teamwork abilities depending on your role
* Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
* Trade qualifications (bonus, not essential)
* Australian citizens only

Key Responsibilities
* Execute high-quality landscaping projects (retaining walls, paving, decking, planting, irrigation, garden installations)
* Read and interpret landscape designs and plans accurately
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
* Ensure all work complies with safety and industry standards
* Communicate effectively with clients to meet or exceed expectations
* Maintain job site cleanliness and organisation
