Our Global Workplace Solutions division (GWS) is comprised of the best and brightest industry professionals, at the forefront of innovation, and highly invested in the development and unique needs of our diverse employees and global clients.OverviewThe purpose of this position is to assist and coordinate with the Facility Management team in completing various functions of commercial operations and maintenance for the client's facility, campus, and/or portfolio of buildings.Scope of ResponsibilityOversee and coordinate facilities management services performed by vendors and contractors at the site, including security, landscaping, and fire safety work.Manage day-to-day operations and vendor relationships, providing instructions and oversight.Respond to client inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.Conduct facilities inspections and prepare reports weekly and monthly.Coordinate move, add, and change activities.Assist in preparing operating and capital budgets if required.Lead tasks assigned to vendor staff, monitor progress, and report updates.Provide training to vendor staff related to responsibilities, EMT, HSE, and align with company and client requirements.Manage vendor relationships, train staff on work order and billing procedures, process invoices, and ensure proper cost coding.Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion.Assist in consolidating operations progress and generating monthly reports.Support financial processes across all sites in Australia, including PR/PO, invoice processing, and supplier management.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge & SkillsGeneral Education Degree or higher; preference for Facility Management background, HSE, technical qualifications, or related experience (minimum three years).Facility Management certification is desired.Ability to understand and interpret instructions, correspondence, and memos; ask clarifying questions.Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence; responding to inquiries or complaints.Effective presentation skills for internal and large group communications.Basic financial knowledge, including calculating percentages.Ability to follow instructions and solve standard problems; basic analytical skills.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and internet; experience with work order systems.What's in it for you?Work alongside experienced professionals.Inclusive and friendly office culture.Exposure to world-class facilities management services and talented industry performers.Career growth opportunities within GWS and CBRE.If interested, please submit your updated resume.
