Use insights from ad metrics (retention, CPA, CTR, CVR, thumb-stop rate) to improve future scripts.
Work cross-functionally with the production/creator team to ensure scripts are executable within budget and format constraints.
Deliver quick turnarounds while maintaining clarity, brand voice, and platform best practices.
Stay updated on Meta trends, formats, and algorithm-friendly creative styles. Write clear direction lines for actors to help them perform naturally.
Requirements:
Proven experience writing scripted or UGC-style ads for Meta, TikTok, or short-form platforms.
Strong understanding of performance marketing. Ability to think visually and structure a story that works in vertical, fast-paced formats.
Exceptional command of conversational, simple, and impactful writing. Ability to interpret data and make iterative creative decisions.
