You'll be making multiple deliveries throughout the day, interacting with a variety of people.Every day is different—*there's nothing routine about this role!** Location: You'll be based out of the **Devonport Concrete Plant** in the **north-western region of Tasmania**.* Hours: This is a full-time position, working Monday – Friday and rostered Saturdays.* Pay: We pay an hourly rate of $30.01 on a weekly pay cycle.* Customer Interaction: Driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You'll meet lots of different personalities every day, so being comfortable with new people is a must.* Technology: We provide cutting-edge technology to keep you safe, help you map your routes, and track your loads.* Training: All new hires go through a 10-day training program with our experienced driver trainers before hitting the road solo.**About You:*** Licence: You must have a minimum of an HR licence (essential) with previous HR driving experience (preferred).* White Card: You will have a current valid Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one before you start.* People Skills: You enjoy meeting people and having a chat when you're onsite.* Variety: You prefer variety in your work. No two days are the same when you're driving one of our Agi trucks.* Pride in Your Ride: You take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keeping it clean and presentable is important—you are a mobile billboard for our company.* Medical Check: Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Heidelberg sites).* Safety: Some of our trucks have driver weight limits on their seats and seatbelts.
