What You Will Bring To The Role
* Current registration to practice as an occupational therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board, AHPRA
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
* Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills and an ability to quickly develop and maintain constructive relationships with consumers, colleagues and external agencies.
* Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team and manage a clinical caseload and clinical matters with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrated clinical experience in occupational therapy practice, particularly the provision of assessment and intervention services/skill sets required for an acute, hospital based service.
* High level of organisational and time management skills and an ability to identify and make clinically sound decisions around priorities.
* Demonstrated commitment to continual service improvement and personal/professional development and an ability to reflect on and respond to constructive feedback.
* Demonstrated proficiency in a range of documentation and report writing styles and the ability to adapt styles according the reader.
