About The Role
As an Administration Officer at Yarrabilba State School, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient and effective management of the school's operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the school's success through a variety of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Managing and supporting school support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
* Interpreting and ensuring compliance with departmental and school policies and procedures.
* Assisting with financial administrative tasks, including accounts payable or receivable, budget reviews, and payment plans.
* Coordinating resources, asset management, and facilities, including maintenance activities and compliance inspections.
* Supporting the Principal and Business Manager in workforce planning, staff data management, and compliance training.
This role would suit individuals with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for contributing to a dynamic school environment.

* Experience in administrative or corporate services roles, particularly in education or public sector environments.
