Full-time Assistant Store Manager. This is a permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) with Fast‑food Industry Award Rates.
The Opportunity
As an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks, you’ll play a key leadership role in bringing the Starbucks Experience to life. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead store operations, develop a high‑performing team, and create a welcoming third place for customers and communities.
This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity where you’ll grow your business acumen, coaching capability, and operational expertise while being supported to take the next step in your leadership career.

Requirements
* A minimum of two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer‑facing role
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
* The ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced environment
* Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
* Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
* Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
* A proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
