We are looking for a Sales Manager who will lead our QLD resales business.
Lead the performance of established communities across Queensland and shape the future of resales in one of Australia's fastest growing land lease community portfolios. This is an exciting and highly visible leadership role where you will manage tangible assets, uplift customer experience, and grow a business that is scaling nationally. A great opportunity for experienced sales leaders from property, real estate, or similar who want to step into a role with real impact and long term potential.
What You Will Do
• Lead resales delivery across Queensland, achieving revenue, settlement, and customer outcomes
• Oversee vendor relationships and the full sales cycle, ensuring professionalism and care when selling someone else's home
• Drive market analysis and pricing to keep offerings competitive and aligned to demand
• Manage the resales budget, forecasting, and contribution to long term business growth
• Guide homeowners through the resale journey, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Partner with agents, marketing, and community teams to boost leads and brand visibility
• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team of 8
• Resolve complex customer issues with professionalism and empathy
• Identify commercial opportunities to grow and expand the resales business

Experience and Skills That Count
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving performance and growth
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach sales teams in high value or complex sales environments
• Skilled in customer engagement, conflict resolution, and managing demanding stakeholder groups
• Proven experience building relationships with internal and external partners
• Real estate licence preferred but not essential
