Your Day-to-Day
You'll play an important role in supporting our kitchen operations by:
* Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
* Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently
* Assisting with basic food preparation as required
* Ensuring waste is managed correctly and work areas remain organised
* Supporting chefs and kitchen team during busy service periods
* Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times
* Replenishing supplies and assisting with stock organisation
What We're Looking For
* Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
* Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
