Lead Clinical Care Coordinator
We are seeking a seasoned clinical professional to take on the key role of Lead Clinical Care Coordinator in our residential aged care home. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive high-quality clinical and operational excellence, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to our residents. You will also play a pivotal part in supervising and supporting registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and personal carers, promoting a resident-centric approach and excellent customer service standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) for aged care facilities, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and at least 3 years' experience in residential aged care. Strong working knowledge of quality agency standards, Aged Care Act principles, documentation standards, residents' rights, and related legislation is essential.
