Our primary focus is on maintaining quality client service amid these demands.Your responsibilities will include :Manage and analyse Help Desk requests to identify and resolve system issues and training needs, ensuring procedures are up to date.Provide technical support, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving user issues as necessary.Aid in testing Financial System upgrades, analysing results, and updating relevant documents as needed.Provide support to users with queries related to the University's financial services applications.Use your problem-solving skills to investigate issues and find positive resolutions.Create and maintain support documentation to assist others in their issue troubleshooting.Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes.You will be joining an enthusiastic and driven team who contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes.Who we are looking for :Significant experience in providing system support, advice, and training to users.A solid understanding of how ERPs and Finance Systems work.Significant experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently.Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member.Experience in preparing and delivering accurate, high-quality training.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Experience using Technology One software products.A solid understanding of accounting concepts (desirable).A degree with relevant experience or a combination of experience and / or education / training.Role Requirements :As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.Successful applicants are subject to a National Police Clearance, and background, integrity, and reference checks to Curtin's satisfaction.About Curtin University :We are an energetic, dedicated team of academics and professionals working together to provide global solutions through quality graduates and innovative research.
