As a Brand Ambassador, you will be expected to embody the brand values and create a positive and engaging experience for customers. Your primary focus will be to showcase Nespresso coffee through sampling and convert engagements into sales.
* Engage customers through coffee sampling and demonstrations.
* Convert customer interactions into coffee sales.
* Assist customers in finding their perfect machine or gift.
* Demonstrate expertise and drive brand awareness.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
To excel in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of Nespresso products and services, while contributing to the success of our seasonal campaign.
