As a vital member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. We are a dynamic and growing healthcare organization based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, installing and maintaining Nurse Call systems throughout the state.
Key Requirements
* You will possess excellent administrative skills, with previous experience in MYOB accounting software, accounts payable and receivable being advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, is essential for this role.
* A good phone manner and strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable using MYOB.
* Process accounts receivable using simPRO.
* Maintain a small office environment, requiring flexibility to work 30 hours per week.
