What you'll do
* Manage the successful delivery of ICT enabled business change in line with Queensland Health project management methodologies.
* Provide leadership and assume responsibility for the implementation of the core IWFM Program plan and overarching statewide rollout plan.
* Implement and manage appropriate IWFM Program governance, investment and project management which is aligned with the Department's PMO framework.
* Work collaboratively with internal IWFM stakeholders, such as Change Management Specialists and solution specialists, to ensure local change and engagement activities and solution requirements are facilitated in accordance with IWFM methodology and approach.
* Develop project plans and apply appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools, including benefits realisation and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
* Strong background in successfully managing and delivering complex organisational-wide ICT-enabled business change management projects.
* Expertise in applying established project management methodologies and providing advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques and tools.
* Well-developed leadership and team management skills, and experience in building and sustaining high profile multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve high quality project outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage influence and connect with others and build positive productive internal and external working relationships, often remotely.
