You will lead store operations and administration tasks.
You will support your store manager in driving commercial success and reaching sales goals.

You will provide informative skin analysis and tailored skincare product plans to your clients.
You will perform RATIONALE's world‐class luxury facial treatments, with use of non-invasive modalities and massage techniques.

ABOUT YOU
* A qualification in beauty, skin, or dermal therapy
* Experience delivering excellent client service in a retail, luxury, spa or clinic environment, in a similar role
* Experience in store operations and people leadership
* Experience in achieving, or leading, sales goals
* Passion for skincare, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals
* Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills
* Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture
