We are looking for an APS3 Participant Support Officer to join our dedicated and compassionate Complex Support Needs Branch. Within this branch, you'll be part of a team that goes above and beyond to assist individuals with disabilities, navigating through unique and complex situations. As a member of one of our specialized teams, you will have the chance to contribute your skills and expertise in a meaningful way.
- $37+ Per hour, + superannuation
- Robina, Queensland
**About the role**
- Fulltime hours, M - F, 8:30 - 5:00pm, office based position
- Providing counter/reception support for the local office including participant enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support.
- Coordinating appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
- Undertaking research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
- Supporting planning teams by actioning planning tasks that do not require delegation.
- Undertaking a range of data entry activities and ensuring follow up is completed.
- Receiving and recording complaints and other feedback in the business systems.
**About you**
- Must be an **Australian Citizen**:
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in administration is mandatory
- Has understanding and empathy towards people with a disability
- Excellent customer service skills
