We are seeking an experienced
Workforce Team Leader
to join our growing Digital Health team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, performance management, and operational rostering of the Digital Health workforce, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across a 24/7 virtual care environment. full-time fixed-term position until 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and manage a team of Workforce Coordinators to deliver effective workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and rostering outcomes.
* Ensure efficient and timely deployment of clinicians across Digital Health services and projects, proactively identifying and addressing workforce risks.
* Oversee workforce compliance, including employment agreements, registrations, credentialing, and accurate workforce data management to support governance and audit requirements.
* Work closely with Clinical and Operations leadership to understand service requirements and translate these into effective workforce solutions.
* Support workforce planning for tenders, bids, and ad-hoc or emerging projects within the Digital Health portfolio.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workforce coordination processes, systems, and reporting.
* Facilitate training and ongoing development for Workforce Coordinators to build capability and service resilience.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery outcomes.
About You
* Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams within workforce planning, operations, or service delivery environments.
* Strong understanding of Employment Awards and diverse employment arrangements.
* Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into effective operational workforce outcomes.
* Experience managing budgets and understanding the financial impacts of workforce decisions.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
* Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence using digital tools to streamline and enhance workforce processes.
* Experience working in healthcare, digital health, or complex service environments (highly regarded).
* Experience using workforce management, rostering, or staff information systems (highly regarded).
