**The role**:
Reporting to the Manager, Reporting and Governance, you will be required to support specialised and/or small work packages involving IM/ICT, ensuring solutions delivered are responsive to customer needs and sustainable in an enterprise environment and monitor and review work package activities against agreed criteria.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide secretariat for a range of governance groups.
- Provide assistance with program/project financials in the areas of actuals, accruals, journals, forecasting, invoicing and timesheets.
- Support risk and issue identification, at program level by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
- Assist with the compilation of program/project management reports
- Assist with other general administrative tasks and team support

Are you right for this role?

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have knowledge of the IM/ICT project life cycle and have worked on an ICT program/project
- Demonstrate ability in secretariat services for governance groups
- Demonstrate ability to assist in program/project financial management, the delivery of work packages and with the compilation of program/project information
- Demonstrate ability to assist with the maintenance of program/project files and the preparation and presentation of management reports

- Digital Infrastructure Programs
