Central Gippsland Health (CGH) is a sub-regional health service and the major provider of health and aged care services in the Wellington Shire. 
CGH is located in the City of Sale, 215 km east of Melbourne. The City of Sale is an access point for the Gippsland Lakes, 90 Mile Beach and the Victorian Alps. 
CGH provides acute care as part of an integrated service delivery model across Wellington Shire and beyond, with beds across three campuses (Sale, Maffra and Heyfield). Acute services include a full-time emergency department, critical care unit, neonatal critical care unit, three operating theatres, day procedure unit, oncology and dialysis services, along with general medical services and sub-acute services including rehabilitation. CGH also provides aged care and community services in the Wellington Shire and beyond, operating four residential aged care homes in Sale, Maffra, and Heyfield, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in supportive environments. CGH offers a range of community-based services to help people stay healthy, active and independent at home, including Support at Home, Commonwealth Home Support Programs and other in-home services tailored to individual needs. 
Our integrated model of care is supported by a multidisciplinary allied health team offering physiotherapy, dietetics, occupational therapy, speech pathology and social work. We also provide accessible public dental services to enhance community wellbeing. CGH is a leading teaching hospital affiliated with Monash University\'s School of Rural Health and provides placements and clinical experience for students. About the Department 
The Occupational Therapy team sits within the larger Allied Health department at CGH and provides services across acute inpatients, rehabilitation, community aged care, NDIS, home and community care, and early intervention. 
About the Role 
You will join a supportive team of occupational therapists and allied health assistants delivering services across a variety of settings. The caseload will be tailored to your skills, experience, and interests. 
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across inpatient, community, and rehabilitation settings 
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Allied Health team 
- Support clients to achieve independence and participation in daily activities 
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation 
- Participate in supervision, professional development, and service improvement initiatives 
Qualifications, Skills and Experience 
Mandatory 
- Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) 
- AHPRA registration 
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence 
- Current clear National Police Check and Working with Children Check 
- NDIS Worker Screening 
- Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
