Senior Manager - Technology, Data and AI Risk Management
Non-Financial Risk (NFR) provides an independent voice of risk to the CFO, Financial Management, People and Engagement and Macquarie, empowering our people to manage their risks within appetite.
We partner with all Financial Management, People and Engagement divisions to enable a preventative risk management approach through identification, measurement and remediation of risk. We actively engage with Macquarie's risk community to enhance the integration of best practices for risk management and enable our people to manage risk proportionately and consistently within appetite. We provide expert guidance and challenge teams to drive strong risk management and risk culture.

What role will you play?
As a Senior Manager, you will drive the uplift of risk capabilities, support the development of mature and proactive risk processes, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure risks are identified, understood, and effectively managed.
You'll have the opportunity to partner as line 1 risk spanning technology, cyber, data governance, and operational resilience. This is a high-impact position suited to someone with strong technology or risk foundations who can apply their expertise in both strategic and practical business contexts. There is a wide scope of work and variety of areas that can align to your career interests. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute practical risk management strategies, with end-to-end ownership.
What you offer
* 10+ years of technology or risk experience gained from domains such as cyber, information security, data, operational risk etc.
* Delivery or transformation change experience gained from large complex, business led, technology enabled programs
* Strong risk and control fundamentals with the ability to influence and negotiate with wide stakeholder groups.
* Demonstrated experience in ability to break down complex problems, develop approaches, seek buy in and deliver to a roadmap.
* Ability to story tell in plain business language, with production of high-quality outputs.
