This is a role within our Reservations team to provide our guests with exceptional service.
The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic team workplace and loves building rapport with our guests.ResponsibilitiesPassionate about exceptional customer serviceUtilising upselling techniques to drive bookingsResolving guest complaints and concernsProvide a prompt response to all guest enquiries and requests, communicating relevant information to other departments where necessaryPossess the ability to handle the pressure of a very busy Resort, whilst having the confidence to make decisions and prioritise tasksMaintaining professionalism & accuracy with information during reservationConfident, supportive & ambitious team playerAbility to work a rotating roster, weekdays, weekends and public holidaysSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in customer service & sales (highly desirable)Experience working with a property management system or booking platformPassionate about delivering exceptional customer service to all guestsCulture & BenefitsAt Paradise Resort, we believe our employees are an essential element in the successful delivery of an incredibly fun, energetic & memorable experience for our guests and their families which will be talked about for years to come.
