Piping Supervisor (Project CERES – Karratha, WA)
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Piping Supervisor will oversee activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers and labour teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of piping activities.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
* Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and effective teamwork.
* Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
* Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure optimal standards.
* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements
* Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).
* Proven experience (10+ years) supervising SMP projects, preferably in oil, gas or construction.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* In‐depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols and industry standards.
* Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
* A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills.
