We offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where you'll work with cross-functional teams to research, design, validate and roll-out digital experiences for iSelect customers that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.We value potential over experience, a growth mindset over perfection and T-shaped skillsets rather than specialised expertise.You’ll be passionate about Human Centred Design. You will represent the customer and drive innovative thinking. You will be testing products, engaging with users and getting feedback first- hand to make educated design decisions.What you'll need:1 – 3 years industry Ui/UX Designer experience- preferably including B2C and/or consumer financial servicesProficieent in relevant design tools: eg. Sketch, Invision, (or Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)Knowledgeable in end-to-end UX and UI design process; a portfolio that demonstrates this is advantageousConducting and synthesizing UX research and/or A/B TestingPrior experience creating and facilitating (HCD) Human Centred Design workshops eg.
