Relocation & Retention

What You’ll Do
- Assess the auditory problems of non-complex adult clients in accordance with established Australian Hearing practice methods and standards
- Provide appropriate rehabilitative support including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, personal amplification devices, accessories and/or communication strategies as appropriate
- Refer clients to other professionals or seek guidance from more senior audiologists where needed
- Participate in providing services at visiting sites and home visits
- Liaise with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) representatives, other allied health & support agencies and families/carers to ensure best practice and outcomes for each client
- Undertake marketing/public relations activities in the community as required
- Provide excellent customer service, manage client load and meet revenue targets
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Audiology
- Full and current membership with Audiology Society of Australia
- Sound knowledge of clinical Audiology and procedures in accordance with Australian Audiology standards
- Sound knowledge of Hearing Services Program
- Exposure to National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) scheme
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to other locations to undertake clinical work
- Ability to support business changes to clinical practice, products and policies

Requirements for You
We will require successful candidate to be willing to have a Police Check conducted (we pay), hold a current driver’s licence and have rights to work in Australia.
