We’re on the lookout for skilled High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our client’s team based in Richlands, QLD.

This is an ongoing opportunity on a casual basis, ideal for those who value consistency with the flexibility of casual employment.
Available Shifts:
Night Shift: 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM * Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate high reach forklifts within a cold room environment.
- Efficiently load and unload goods into refrigerated trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform stock inspections.
- High reach operation of up to 7/8 bays high.
- Manual lifting of up to 15kg repetitively.
- Use of RF Scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Forklift License (with proven high reach operating experience).
- Must be confident and prepared to pass an on-site forklift test.
- Previous operation of Toyota forklifts highly advantageous.
- Desire to work in a cold room workplace.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Have a strong work ethic and drive to reach targets.
- Commitment to safety and quality work practices.
