About the Opportunity
Right at Home Gold Coast is looking for compassionate and experienced Female Disability Support Workers to join our team across the Gold Coast. Immediate start available. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, helping clients with disabilities live independently and confidently in their own homes.
About You
We are seeking individuals who embody our values: Integrity, Authenticity, Collaboration, Accountability, and Approachability. To thrive in this role, you will have:
Minimum 12 months' experience as a Disability Support Worker
Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Disability or equivalent)
Current driver's licence and reliable, fully insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Manual Handling certificate (highly regarded)
Medication Administration certificate (highly regarded)
Willingness to travel to client homes across the Gold Coast
Flexible availability and commitment to an ongoing roster
About the Role
As a Disability Home Care Worker, you will:
Assist clients with daily living tasks and personal care
Support participation in social and community activities
Administer medications according to care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship
