Join our national HR team, reporting into the Group HR Manager, you'll be our trusted HR Adviser based in QLD supporting the day to day HR operations with a portfolio of Rise & Shine Early Childhood centres across both QLD and NSW
This role is predominately based out of our brand new and fresh Sunshine Coast office space, with some interstate travel required to Sydney from time to time.
As a key player in our HR team, this 360 HR role will see you dive into a variety of exciting responsibilities, including:
Overseeing the full employee lifecycle for your client group, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and talent management and employee departures.
Partner with our centre leadership teams to provide trusted expert advice and support on all HR-related matters, including employment legislation, WHS, performance management, reviews, goal setting, development plans, and grievances.
Support the roll out of HR projects and initiatives aligned to your interests to enhance employee engagement and retention, and drive a positive workplace culture.
Assistance with Worker's Compensation and return-to-work cases (training provided)
Preparing and analysing Quarterly HR reports and metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
About you
Prior experience as a HR professional in a similar role.
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Human Resources.
Experience using a HRIS system (Employment Hero), and previous experience with reporting using Excel to generate HR reports.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and passion for driving positive workplace culture.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to connect at all levels of the organisation.
Valid and current driver's license, and hold or willing to obtain a blue card.
