At Vivid Construction Company, we don't do \"cookie-cutter.\" Based on the Mornington Peninsula, we specialise in the two most challenging and rewarding sides of building: high-end architectural new homes and complex, bespoke renovations.
We believe in doing things right the first time. We are looking for an Apprentice who has a genuine passion for the \"how\" and \"why\" of building, and a drive to become a true craftsman.

The Role:
You'll be involved in the full spectrum of carpentry and building—from framing and lock-up to high-end fix-out and intricate renovation details. You'll be supported, challenged, and rewarded as you grow within the business.
No prior carpentry or construction experience is required as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
