As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our branch network, welcoming customers and engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions. You will utilize your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals, both in-person and over the phone, and refer them to specialized teams when necessary.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing or phone-based role with experience working towards targets.
* Remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
* Work towards sales and referral targets, comfortably making calls to customers and delivering results-driven outcomes.
* Demonstrate numerical capability, with proficiency in cash handling and counting, and accuracy in completing financial transactions.
* Showcase an energetic personality and genuine passion for helping people, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
