The successful candidate will lead the kitchen, mentor the team, and bring bold flavors to every plate as Sous Chef. Alternatively, you could own your section, drive quality and consistency, and support the brigade during busy services as Chef de Partie. Or, if you prefer, jump in, cook up a storm, and keep the energy high every shift as a Casual Chef.
