* Implement Company Policies and Procedures in the restaurant, providing guidance and support to employees to maximise sales, efficiency and profit.
* Promote a positive workplace culture through safe working practices, training and resources for employees.
* Source new team members to join our organisation.
* Forecast and schedule restaurant activities within budget constraints.
* Develop and deliver training programs for Shift Supervisors and Team Members.
* Monitor performance and implement performance management where necessary.
