Mandatory Requirements
* Entitlement to work within Australia
* A Police Check that is current and within 12 months of the issue date
* Provision of a valid Working with Children Check
* Provision of an NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Seasonal influenza vaccination of healthcare workers in accordance with Secretary, Department of Health Directions
* Registered Nurse with Post-Graduate qualifications or experience in Emergency Department or Aged Care
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
* Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills
* Understanding and implementation of person-centred care approach for service delivery
* Well‐developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively autonomously, and as part of a team
* Demonstrated ability to liaise with a range of service providers
* Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem‐solving skills
* Computer literacy
* Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
* Certificate 4 Training and assessment
* Demonstrates advanced skills in comprehensive assessment of the older person including proficiency in catheter care, administration of IM medications, complex wound management, palliative care and venepuncture
* Post-graduate qualification in adult care and/or learning and education
