Position Overview
Employment Type: Casual. Hours: Flexible, primarily evening, overnight and weekend shifts. Location: Mercy Place Wyndham.
Responsibilities
* Provide quality resident‐focused care using a person‐centred approach and aligning with care plans, Aged Care Standards and Mercy Health policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
* Collaborate with other staff to provide relevant and timely information.
Qualifications and Skills
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or currently obtaining).
* Commitment to delivering exceptional patient‐centred care.
* Excellent time‐management, organisational and communication skills with the ability to adapt and problem‐solve.
* Compassionate, flexible, and positive approach.
* Adept at nurturing friendly, respectful relationships and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Availability
Evening, overnight and weekends.
