We have exciting opportunities available for a Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager at our Willows Shopping Centre store opening soon.
The role
As a Shiels Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager you will surprise and delight our customers by providing a superior customer service experience and provide strong leadership to your team.
This position will be offered on a permanent full- time basis.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide Leadership in all aspects of the business
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Complete administrative duties as required
* Comply with all company policies and procedures
Essential to your success:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a Retail Store Manager / Assistant Manager role
* Jewellery experience is not a requirement
* Delivery of a superb customer experience
